Right of withdrawal

Conditions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Exception:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).

Since our temporary tattoos are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If, in exceptional cases, the customer has purchased a non-personalized product (e.g. standard designs or accessories) and withdraws from the contract, the following applies:

We will refund all payments we have received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
