1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code, BGB) via the online shop [Your Shop Name]. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept the order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Products & Customization

We offer individually designed temporary tattoos.
The design is based on the motifs, texts, or templates provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights to the submitted files and that the content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the listed prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be displayed during the ordering process.

6. Delivery & Payment Terms

Delivery is made worldwide unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalized products
In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive for their production.
Since our tattoos are custom-made according to customer specifications, withdrawal is excluded.

8. Defect Liability (Warranty)

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Obvious defects must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Copyright & Usage Rights

By submitting designs, the customer confirms that they hold the necessary rights.
We accept no liability for legal infringements arising from designs submitted by the customer.
